This Privacy Policy describes how the ChargePK app ("the App") handles your information. The short version: ChargePK does not collect, store, or share your personal data.

Location Data

ChargePK requests access to your device's location for one purpose only: to show EV charging stations near you, calculate distances to stations, and let you use your current position as a journey starting point.

• Your location is processed entirely on your device.
• It is never transmitted to us or any third party.
• It is never stored — it exists only in memory while the App is in use.
• Location access is optional. The App works without it; you simply won't see distances from your position.

Data We Collect

None. ChargePK has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server of its own. We cannot see who you are, where you are, or how you use the App.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's MapKit framework to display maps, calculate routes, and search locations. These requests are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. ChargePK does not add any identifying information to these requests.

Charging Station Data

Charger locations, prices, and details shown in the App are community-sourced reference data bundled with the App. They involve no personal information.

Children's Privacy

ChargePK does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If the App's data practices ever change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised before the change takes effect.
